DAAO JEWELRY REFUND POLICY

DAAO JEWELRY wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

All returns are subject to a $7 restocking fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and any damaged, used, or altered items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

When and how should I expect my refund?

Once we have received the item(s), we'll contact you to confirm receipt of the parcel. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products, correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, including any sales taxes. Shipping is not refundable.

We will deal with the problem as quickly as possible,but it also takes time for your credit card to process your refund.
