Please send us photos and description of the problem at (support@daaojewelry.com) within 3 days of receiving your package and we will do our best to resolve it.
Due to international express delivery, if you refuse the package, it will not be returned normally, and we cannot get the returned product, which also means that you cannot go through the normal return process to get a refund.
So we kindly hope you not to refuse the package to avoid unnecessary trouble. If you don't want the product anymore, please sign for it and initiate a return, and we will process the return and refund for you as soon as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (support@daaojewelry.com) with your order number and reason for return.
All returns are subject to a $7 restocking fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and any damaged, used, or altered items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Once we have received the item(s), we'll contact you to confirm receipt of the parcel. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products, correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, including any sales taxes. Shipping is not refundable.
We will make a refund after we confirm that the package has been received and the product meets the return conditions. Usually this takes 5-7 business days. We will deal with the problem as quickly as possible,but it also takes time for your credit card to process your refund. FYI: typically, it takes around 5-10+ working days to process the refund, depending on your bank card/issuer.

Currently, our system only supports using one gift card per order. You cannot combine multiple gift cards for a single transaction. If your purchase amount exceeds the value of one gift card, you may pay the remaining balance with another payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
If you have multiple gift cards, you'll need to use them for separate purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Full (Free/Event/Giveaway) gift card payments are non-refundable.
For payments (Free/Event/Giveaway gift card + credit card), the credit card portion qualifies for a refund.
Currently, gift cards cannot be used for pre-order purchases. Pre-order items require an immediate payment method (such as credit/debit cards or PayPal) at the time of purchase.
